Please read this policy in full prior to making any purchase. All orders are considered final, and accepted returns will subject to a 25% restocking fee and a return shipping fee.

Try Before You Buy:
If you want to evaluate or test equipment before purchasing, we recommend to set up for an equipment rental first. Returns will not be granted for issues other than verified Manufacturer Defects. Please contact us prior to paying for a rental order, and request a rent-to-purchase authorization. We will set you up with a standard rental, and if you choose to buy equipment within 30 days of the original rental date, we will contribute 75% of the rental price (not including shipping) towards your purchase.


Manufacturer Defects:

All product purchases made on the website exhibiting any manufacturer defects may be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Purchases returned without an RMA will be ineligible for a refund, and will require an additional shipping/processing fee to receive back into your possession. All items will be inspected and thoroughly tested upon return. Items which do not display signs of a manufacturer defective, or items appearing used to any degree, or damaged due to any fault of the customer, or during return, shall not be liable for a refund, and will incur additional shipping/handling charges to receive back into your possession.

Custom or Specialty orders:
Custom or Specialty orders are ineligible for refunds or returns once purchases are made.


How To Request an RMA:
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and we will initiate our return process after confirming the situational details with you. If it is an eligible return, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours of the order being determined as eligible. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and any equipment returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Shipments to locations outside of the continental U.S. may incur additional shipping, duty, tax, or tariff fees. Upon ordering, you will be solely responsible for any additional taxes, duties or tariffs which may be due prior to delivery. There may also be a delay when items pass through Customs, so shipping times will vary.

A silent disco or silent party, is an event where people dance to music broadcasted through wireless headphones, as opposed to a speaker system.

Only the people wearing headphones hear the music being played, making it an awesome choice for venues with noise constraints, or just to create a club-like atmosphere where you can still hold a conversation at a normal volume.

A silent disco can be as simple as setting up different playlists on different devices (up to three), so everyone can jam out to one of three choices of music. Or if you want to take things to the next level, you can have live DJs competing and let your audience tune into their favorite one.

If you are renting, your equipment arrives 1-2 days before your event. This gives you plenty of time to get familiar with the equipment and setup instructions. Of course, if you have anything you are unsure about, you can always reach out to Party Headphones. We’re always here for you and happy to help!

After the event, simply repack the equipment, place the included return-shipping label on the case, and call FedEx to schedule a pickup the day before the pick up is needed (1st business day after your event). You can also drop the gear off at a local FedEx location if that is easier. Then just shoot an email to your assigned customer excitement specialist letting us know the package is being returned!

We always recommend having good security measures in place to deter theft, and damage. We have a standard $60 replacement fee for headphones that go missing or are damaged at the event. Replacement of a the wireless music transmitter is $160.

If you prefer to cover yourself in the case of damage, loss, or theft, consider adding an event rental insurance plan onto your order!

Our standard quote covers usage for a single day event, with the headphones being returned the following business day. For longer events, we offer consecutive-day pricing at an additional $3 per headphone for each additional day of use. The headphones arrive fully charged, with approximately 8-10 hours of battery life. So if you are having a multiple-day event, you may need to re-charge the headphones in-between, using the charging stations include with every multi-day order. We also have weekly rates available for longer events, and offer long-term leases when you simply want a hands-off party experience throughout the year

We require a 50% deposit to secure a reservation. The remainder is due 7 days prior to your event date, and is required before the equipment can be shipped. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. If you need different terms that work with your employer/organization, please send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

We do everything we can to minimize cost so that anyone can experience a Silent Disco. As a result, we provide you with the essentials, and give you the option to provide your own DJ or mp3 player, and use the staff and volunteers already at your disposal to help manage the event. The best part, is no technical experience is necessary, and you need only to add music!

We also provide on-call customer support the day of your event. Should there be any questions or problems that arise, we’ll be happy to resolve them.
